Mr. Nice Dog Grooming Salon Liability

Mr. Nice Dog Grooming Salon will take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being while your pet is in our care for any of our services. Even with the best care and precautions and supervision that we are committed to providing, your pet may sustain wounds such as scratches, punctures and bodily injuries. Cuts, scraps, burns, punctures, and irritations can happen along with mental and physical stress during and after a service. There are inherent and potential risks involved with interactions between people and dogs, and dogs interacting with other dogs. This may result in injury to both people and dogs, including but not limited to illness, sickness, bodily injury and even death.

If your pet is injured while in the care of Mr. Nice Dog Grooming Salon we will contact you immediately, and if veterinary care is required, we will transport your pet to the nearest clinic with you being responsible for all incurring expenses.

I have read, understand, and agree to all the policies and liability statements outlined by Mr. Nice Dog Grooming Salon.

Agreement: I understand and agree that Mr. Nice Dog Grooming Salon, inclusive of the  proprietor and all employees will not be liable for any sickness, illness, injury, death and/or escape of my dog knowing that all care and precautions are followed.

I acknowledge and understand I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my pet(s) to other dogs, employees, facilities, equipment and the property in general of Mr. Nice Dog Grooming Salon. I agree that Mr. Nice Dog Grooming Salon shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal property belonging to me.

I hereby release Mr. Nice of any liability arising from my dog visit at Mr. Nice Dog Grooming Salon. I release Mr. Nice Dog Grooming Salon, proprietor and employees of any kind arising from or as a result of my dog being at Mr. Nice Dog Spa.
